Like many locals I am concerned that the fabric of our community is being transformed for the worse by the proliferation of Duplexes. Beautiful heritage trees are often removed for their construction and a lack of on-site parking leads to congested and dangerous conditions on our streets. I believe council should refuse approval for any more.
